To raise funds for the Stroke Association, there will be an event at Newcastle’s famous River Tyne, soaring 918 ft on a Zip Slide. The doors of the Baltic are opening on the 29th and 30th of March to offer this opportunity for anyone who would like to take part. Starting at the top of the Baltic centre for contemporary arts, hundreds of feet above the rest of the city’s huge buildings, brace yourself for the dive of almost 1000 ft. By doing this giant decent, taking in all of the fantastic views in on the way, you will be doing something inspirational and helping raise money for the Stroke Club.

The Stroke Club are giving away prizes for the best dressed – yes, dressed! Fancy dress is accepted and as long as you look the part, you could be in with the chance to win a prize – there will also be an award for the highest fundraiser. So for a chance to help the unfortunate that have been affected by this terrible disability, take part in this event and raise funds for the association. Gather your friends, family and colleagues and get ready for an opportunity to Zip Slide like never before. Sign up today to make sure you don’t miss out on this challenge.
