NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that I James Lindsley, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as:

EDWARD’S COFFEE SHOP, 7 WESLEY STREET, CONSETT, DURHAM, DH8 5BJ.

for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activity: –

The Sale by retail of Alcohol (on and off sales) from 09:00 – 00:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Telephone 03000 261016.
