Community Spirit in Action
Consett & District SAFC Supporters Association and Derwent Valley Shooting Club raised over £9,000 for Willow Burn Hospice, continuing a legacy of kindness and care.
The Consett Lions Club Town Raffle is back on 6th November with huge prizes, from alpaca experiences to Amazon tablets. It’s a great way to support local causes – and maybe win big.
Thoughtful Reflections
Andy Graham’s heartfelt tribute to Ricky Hatton reminds us all to check in with each other. Ricky’s openness about mental health helped thousands – and his legacy urges us to stay kind, speak out, and listen.
