This morning, Andy Plant kindly led a walk from the War Memorial along the village to Brooms Churchyard, returning via St Ives Church and churchyard.
The walk began at 9:30am, meeting at the War Memorial on Durham Road, with parking at the Community Centre.

St Ives hold an open weekend featuring a display of tapestries by former resident Janet Lavery, alongside a second display by Consett in Focus on the Leadgate Sons and Daughters project.

The Leadgate Salvation Army also hosted their XMAS Fayre.
