Award-winning chef Parvin Kumar has once again brought culinary pride to Consett. His acclaimed restaurant Soami’s Trio has achieved the Good Food Award Gold Seal 2025–26 for the third consecutive year, alongside its third TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award.

This rare hat-trick places Soami’s Trio among the UK’s top dining destinations for excellence in food, service and creativity.
