For generations, Leadgate Primary School has been a cornerstone of village life.
From its beginnings as the Infant & Nursery School in 1908 and the Junior School in 1975, the two schools united in 2015 to create the welcoming Primary School we know today.
It’s more than a school — it’s a family.
Staff nurture each child’s strengths, from music with the much-loved Mrs Reed to sports and outdoor learning on the school’s fantastic fields, guided by Mr Baker and his ever-popular football team.
With many long-serving staff and strong links with parents and the community, Leadgate Primary continues to thrive — proud of its past and excited for its future.
