Born and raised in the area, Laura has always been part of the Leadgate community. After 10+ years working as a senior carer, she decided during Covid it was time for a new challenge — and returned to her roots in catering.

Earlier this year, she took the leap and became the proud owner of Leadgate Deli, now known as Laura’s Deli! With a small team (including her mum ), she’s grown the café into a busy local favourite — serving up tasty sit-in meals, takeaways, and outside catering.
