Food is at the heart of Italy’s culture, loved all over the world, Italian cuisine is celebrated for its fresh, simple ingredients and rich regional traditions. From pasta, pizza and risotto to olive oil, fine cheeses, ripe tomatoes and fragrant basil — every dish tells a story. And of course, it’s even better enjoyed with a glass of wine or an Italian beer. Rooted in the Mediterranean diet, Italian food promotes a balanced, sustainable way of eating, focusing on wholesome ingredients and a lifestyle that supports both body and mind.

Ravello Ristorante opened its doors in Lanchester in 2016, founded by Christoph, who brings over 25 years of experience in the UK restaurant industry. Alongside classic Italian favourites, Ravello also serves modern dishes, specialising in fresh fish and quality steak made with locally sourced produce.
