Kim, the passionate founder of Casa Lingua, is bringing her language school to 26 Middle Street, Consett this November. After years of teaching French, Spanish, and Italian to local learners, she’s taking a bold step by opening a dedicated space for her classes. With over 100 students already learning from her each week, Kim’s mission is clear: to make languages accessible to all ages in the Consett community.
Having previously worked as Head of Italian in a Gateshead secondary school, Kim’s experience abroad and her love for languages have shaped Casa Lingua into a growing success. Now, as a limited company, she’s excited to offer even more classes and working with other tutors and companies to expand the language options in Consett.
