Twenty Years of Teaching People to Breathe

Twenty Years of Teaching People to Breathe

For almost 20 years, Laura Ridgeon has been helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing through gentle, accessible Hatha Yoga.

Based in Lanchester since 2009, Laura now teaches friendly, beginner-friendly classes at Croft View on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as sessions in Esh Winning, monthly Yoga & Sound Baths, and retreats in Yorkshire and Spain.

With over 25 years of personal yoga experience, Laura understands first-hand how yoga can support both body and mind through life’s challenges. Her welcoming classes focus on movement, breathing and relaxation, creating a supportive space where everyone can practise at their own pace.
