CAV Systems proudly celebrates the 25th working anniversary of dispatch coordinator, Lesley Robinson.
With its headquarters in Consett, County Durham and a facility in Kansas, CAV specialises in anti-ice protection and drag reduction technology for the general aviation, commercial aerospace and defence markets worldwide.
Known by his peers as Les, he works within CAV’s UK dispatch team in Consett, coordinating and liaising with transport companies and customers to get their goods out on time, ensuring parts leave the facility in good condition and in safe hands.
As a show of gratitude for his service and to mark this memorable milestone, CAV rewarded Les with a £1,000 cheque for his long service.
With an emotional presentation, reflecting on his milestone Les shared: “it’s hard to believe that I’ve been working hard here for the last 25 years. The passage of time just seems to fly by… in my opinion CAV is a great place to work. It was lovely to receive well wishes and kind messages from colleagues, including a cheque from the company and the management team. I will put it to good use. Thank you all.”
Starting his CAV career in December of 1999, it is a testament to the company’s dedication to keeping staff well managed and happy at this market-leading aerospace ice protection business.
